Industry veteran who built software platform used by 400+ distilleries is latest addition to growing company
Doozy Solutions announced today that Donald Snyder has joined as a customer onboarding resource and consultant. Snyder brings to bear more than two decades of beverage industry technology leadership, along with deep regulatory compliance expertise, in support of the Crafted ERP global portfolio of beverage alcohol customers.

Snyder’s beverage industry career includes senior management roles at Buffalo Trace Distillery and MGP Ingredients. In 2014, he founded Whiskey Systems Online to deliver specialized software solutions and consulting services to craft distilleries. As president and senior consultant, he powered the company’s staggering growth in the spirits industry. At the time he transitioned the business in 2020, the platform served more than 400 distilleries in the U.S. and Canada.

Since 2020, Snyder has operated Time and Tasks consultancy to help distilleries achieve higher levels of productivity, consistency and profitability. In 2025, he joined forces with industry leader John Little, co-founder of Smooth Ambler, to start Experience Distilled, a consulting team focused on improving distillery profitability. Snyder earned his BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University and his MBA from the University of Kentucky.
